Last updated: this page governs use of Mastermind Research Technologies's website and enrollment in its project-based internship and certification program. By submitting an application, making a payment, or accepting an offer of enrollment, you ("the applicant"/"the intern") agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not apply or pay for the program.
The internship is a project-based skill-training and mentorship program. It is not an offer of employment, a guarantee of employment, or a statutory apprenticeship, and no employer-employee relationship is created between the applicant and Mastermind Research Technologies at any point.
An internship may include one or more project assignments, decided at Mastermind Research Technologies's sole discretion based on the track and duration selected.
Applicants must provide accurate information at the time of application. Mastermind Research Technologies may reject, defer, or cancel any application at its sole discretion, including after payment, in which case the Refund Policy applies.
All applicable fees must be paid in advance through the payment method shown at checkout. All fees are strictly non-refundable — see the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where a track is offered at no listed internship fee, any amount charged at enrollment (including a certificate or platform processing fee) is a separate, non-refundable fee for that stated purpose and does not itself constitute the internship fee.
Project topics, number of projects, evaluation criteria, and pace are set by Mastermind Research Technologies and may be adjusted per intern or per cohort. Submission of a project does not by itself entitle an intern to a certificate.
Issuance of a certificate of completion is at Mastermind Research Technologies's sole discretion, whether after one project or after all assigned projects, and Mastermind Research Technologies is not obligated to issue a certificate to every enrolled or paying applicant. A certificate reflects participation and/or satisfactory completion as assessed internally; it is not an accredited academic qualification and does not guarantee any outcome, job offer, or third-party recognition.
Interns must submit original work. Mastermind Research Technologies may disqualify a submission, suspend an intern, or terminate enrollment without refund for plagiarism, misconduct, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, an intern retains ownership of the code/work they personally author for their project, and grants Mastermind Research Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised or attributed project outputs for evaluation, portfolio, marketing, and training-material purposes.
The website, program materials, and certificate are provided "as is" and "as available." Mastermind Research Technologies makes no warranty, express or implied, that the program will meet an intern's expectations, lead to employment, or be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mastermind Research Technologies, its owners, and its mentors/staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or related to the program, the website, or a certificate. Where liability cannot be excluded, Mastermind Research Technologies's total liability for any claim is limited to the fee actually paid by the applicant for the relevant enrollment.
The applicant/intern agrees to indemnify and hold Mastermind Research Technologiesharmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from their breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or submission of content they did not have the right to use.
By enrolling and paying, the applicant acknowledges the discretionary nature of certification described in Section 4 and the no-refund policy, and agrees not to bring any claim, demand, chargeback, or legal proceeding against Mastermind Research Technologies on the basis that a certificate was not issued, was issued on different terms to another intern, or that the program did not lead to a particular outcome, save where required by applicable law.
Mastermind Research Technologies may update these Terms at any time; the version published on this page at the time of an applicant's enrollment governs that enrollment. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the program.
